As we approach our 25th anniversary, we are happy to launch this newest edition of our newsletter! We wish to take advantage of this forum to discuss what is new regarding technology, human resources management and organization; in short, of all issues that affect the everyday aspects of your business. QUALICODE, ALREADY 25 YEARS OF INNOVATIONS!

After nearly 25 years of business, we are proud to be Quebec’s experts in complex schedule management software and to be pioneers in the field of computer science.

 

Since its creation in 1993, Qualicode devoted itself to tailored software development and to training for businesses. In 1999, Qualicode also took on the writing of schedule management software.

 

In 2004, we began developing the first mobile pilot project on “Blackberry” devices for the Quebec government “CLSC of the future.”

 

Furthermore, our involvement with 80% of Quebec’s home care organizations that use our time and human resources optimization software has led us to see an opportunity for the creation of an organized electronic communication system for the transfer of data between private and public organizations.

 

Qualicode launched in 2012 the first public-private home care communication network in Quebec, the Réseau Santé à Domicile. As the preferred solution in the health community in Quebec, it is a simple, unique, safe and efficient communication medium for all agents in home care.

 

We are constantly working to improve and diversify our offer of products and services so that our range of tools and software is of the most integrated and effective, as well as on the forefront of technology.

 

In 2016, the rewritten web version of the Maya Suite was ready to be delivered to clients, and several new software programs were also created, including:

e-D M that backs up and sorts field documents in your database, according to your own hierarchy.

 

 

 

Equipment Loan that allows one to keep track of the equipment inventory and to document the loans to employees or clients.

Opti HR that maximizes the scheduling of appointments, either by finding unused time slots or by rearranging appointments according to your criteria.

 

 

SMS that quickly sends a text message to possible candidates to perform a task and then assigns it to the first candidate to respond. It is much more efficient than doing follow-up/confirmation by phone.

MOBILITY IS NOW AVAILABLE!

We are working to establish fully mobile tools for your cellphone: the ideal solution to be both efficient and… mobile!

 

This application improves the communication during the dispatching of your employees and enables you to offer a better follow-up with your clients. It decreases both time loss and the risk of errors, all while eliminating paper documents.
