NEW WITH MAYA… MAKING LIFE EASIER!

Rewriting our web-based software packages, Maya Suite, has allowed us to make tools that are more powerful than ever, while offering you much more. The newest version of Maya Suite features an interface that is even more flexible and intuitive. At the same time, it is faster than before and includes many new features.

 

Among these new features, our users have particularly appreciated the Benefits Schedule and the ability to print short appointments through the Detailed Work Calendar. Here is a look at how these two features add functionality!

 

THE BENEFITS SCHEDULE

 

This feature allows you to add special benefits to any situation. It lets you choose the premium, when it applies, and whom it applies to. Our filters allow you to use many criteria:

The type of benefit

The start and end time of the benefit

The days of the week on which it is applied

The holidays on which it is applied

Which job categories will receive the benefit

What tasks are covered

The amount of the benefit

 

 

This tool is at once very flexible and extremely effective at managing the different rates paid to each employee.

 

DETAILED WORK CALENDAR

 

In the old version of Qt – Time and Resources, it was not possible to print details for appointments shorter than 15 minutes. We’ve heard you and, in the new version of Maya, all the information for each appointment is printable, no matter how long or short it is. Rather than having the appointment schedule displayed statically on the left of the screen, the time is now displayed within the appointment itself in a clear and detailed way.
